What this is

Storage Dues is a service that turns a self-storage owner's own report export into a daily morning board. It never contacts tenants. The free pilot described on the home page costs nothing and you can stop at any time.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for having the right to share your report data and for any action taken with tenants. You keep ownership of your data and your decisions.

No guarantees

I work carefully, but the service is provided as-is, without warranties. I'm not liable for indirect losses, and my total liability is limited to what you paid me (for the free pilot, nothing).

Not affiliated

Storage Dues is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by storEDGE, SiteLink, Yardi or any storage operator.

Changes and ending

Either of us can stop at any time by email. If these terms change, the date above will change.
